Traditional Philippines AppetizerWe ordered a number of appetisers to shared among the 7 of us. The first dish ordered is a traditional Philippines appetiser where multiple layers of cut fresh vegetables are stacked neatly in a metal bowl topped with sweetish sauce. The next dish ordered are smoked salmon topped with onion and capers. We also had fried calamari that is fried to golden brown.

Fried CalamariFor entrees, we ordered beef lasagna, olive and basil pasta and seafood pizza. The olive and basil pasta was fantastic with sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil and olive.

Fried Calamari? What's that Cyeat? Can you elaborate it? It seems to be really nice dude..
Fried calamari is actually fried squid. It is almost like octopus. We normally cut it into ring form and deep fry is over batter + breadcrumbs.
